Dr Annette Kleinfeld founded today’s Dr. Kleinfeld CEC as a successor company to Bickmann & Collegen Consultancy which she was an associate of from 1998 onwards. She studied Philosophy, German language and Literature Studies and Drama and earned her doctorate with a dissertation on ethically orientated corporate and personnel management.

Anke Kettler has worked for Dr. Kleinfeld CEC since its foundation in 2004 and has been Managing Director since 2007. She studied Business Administration at the Freie Universität Berlin and worked within human relations, marketing and public relations before moving into management consulting.

In addition to her master's degree in economics Carina Vollmer has also a degree in entrepreneurship (MA). She works as a consultant and coach and advises small and medium enterprises in the handling of their tasks and operations, within growth and crisis and with main focus on finance and organization. In addition, she is preparing her dissertation in the field of systemic development of a company.

Joachim Rottluff has been working as a consultant for private enterprises, as well as in the third sector, since 1979. He is a lecturer at the Institute for Vocational Education at the Leibniz-Universität Hannover and coach at the TÜV-NORD Akademie (Technical Inspection Agency).

Dr Sonja Beer is a freelance consultant who focuses on management development, mediation, creative processes, team development and corporate communications. She also works on interdisciplinary projects for mission statement and value processes, branding and PR. Following her apprenticeship in a systemic consultancy, Sonja Beer has participated in a further education for project management and marketing. In addition to this, she is a lecturer in leadership and self-management in Economics at the University of Applied Sciences in Lübeck.

Martin Heuser is a freelance consultant with focus on sustainability strategy, reporting according to the GRI G3 international standard and environmental management (DIN ISO 14001). He established the sustainability management in a former DAX-listed company, which he headed for 5 years and in parallel was Environmental Management Representative as well as Internal Lead Auditor.

As a certified Project Manager according to international standards PMI / IPMA, he run several large-scale projects in the bank and IT sector. Since November 2011, Martin Heuser is Representative Corporate Responsibility of the Kameha Grand Bonn, Hotel of the Year 2011 worldwide.
